In addition to the environmental benefit of being a 100% recycled material, ONE PET has been extensively tested for 3D printing applications – it is stiff and tough with excellent interlayer adhesion. Where regular PETg has a better impact resistance, ONE PET boasts superior technical properties such as tensile strength. The filament is also available in seven colours, in both 1.75mm and 2.85mm diameters.
Though 3D printing is often billed as a more eco-conscious manufacturing process than other mass production methods (because it builds additively rather than subtractively), it still relies on the consumption of plastics and generates its fair share of plastic waste. This new material, ONE PET, is made entirely from post-consumer PET plastic bottles and demonstrates a commitment to making the 3D printing business model as ecological as possible.

In partnership with QuickSteel, we supply UNILIN recycled wood board materials.
Since its foundation in 1960, the UNILIN panels division has grown into an international player providing innovative wood solutions for the construction industry, furniture industry, interior design industry and packaging industry.
Apart from chipboards , UNILIN, division panels, also manufactures MDF/HDF boards and decorative collections (laminated decorative boards & HPL).
UNILIN, division panels, constructed from 90% recycled wood, offers a wide range of quality chipboard, MDF and decorative panels in melamine or HPL on a carrier plate. It also offers a range of technical panel material specially developed for low-energy housing, completely wooden structures or combinations of traditional timber frame construction and more traditional elements.
Is anything green, eco and sustainable just part of a sales pitch? Not at UNILIN. Sustainability is not a buzzword. It is a deliberate strategy. “Sustainable thinking is a prerequisite in every link of our company chain. If you want to make a difference in the long term, you have to operate in a green way and create a circular economy. A company that exhausts its own resources is doomed to fail sooner or later,” UNILIN CEO Bernard Thiers says.
